Prince Kazeem Eletu Striker, Divine Victor has dedicated the two goals he scored against Pat Football Club of Ajah to his family and teammates in a friendly match played early Friday at the Eagle Club football pitch, Surulere, Lagos.

Eletu Boys came from behind to beat their opponents 4-1 in a tough friendly match watched by football fans but Victor’s performance in the friendly match earned him man of the match.

The friendly match was organized as part of team’s preparation ahead of foreign tour which the team would embark soon.

Victor said he was happy to have scored two goals and played better against Pat FC. He revealed that his success today was as a result of his support from his parents and dedicated the two goals to his family.

“I feel happy and better because my performance today was fantastic.Apart from the two goals I scored, I was composed, played well on the field of play.

“I am using this medium to dedicate the two goals to my family who are always there for me from the beginning of my football career till now. I thank my parents, siblings and my teammates for their supports and prayers since I joined Elettu family. It really help my career and I wish to play better in our subsequent matches,’ he said.

Victor revealed that he would love to start his professional career in Juventus FC of Italy if he leaves Eletu in the nearest future. He said Juventus style of play gladden his heart and vowed to work hard and achieve his dream to play in the Italian club someday.

In the pulsating encounter,Sunny Oliseh scored for the Pat in the 15th minutes through penalty kick .Eletu could not find the back of the net as they missed some scoring chances in the first half.

The second half was crucial for Eletu as they got their equalizer via Precious Agu.Divine Victor scored brace before Akinlade Olanrewaju scored the forth goal in the 88th minutes to confirm their supremacy over their opponents.

Pat coach, Lekan Jimoh blamed his boys for playing out of instruction on. He also said his boys lost concentration, appeared tired in the second half which gave their opponents to demolish them.

In his own assessment, Eletu assistant coach, Bob Osim said it was sweet victory and commended his players for their determination and tactical play exhibited in the second half. He boasted that his tactical changes really helped them to come from behind and subdued their opponents in the second half of the game.
