Head COACH of Prince Kazeem Eletu Football Club, , Gilles Hugon has expressed confidence that the team would perform well in the invitational tournament scheduled for Morocco.
Hugon said this after his team defeated Victory One FC 8-2 in a friendly match played recently at Agege Stadium, Lagos.
Hugon who was impressed with the performance of his team at the recent friendly matches disclosed that having played series of friendly matches, he is optimistic that his team would excel in Morocco.
“The team are getting better and I am impressed with the response of the players and their intensity of the game. We are better now and we are good to play in Morocco tourney,” he said.
Meanwhile in a friendly match played against Victory One FC , Precious Agu opened the goal account in the 15th minutes to send warning signal to the opponents.Akinlade Olanrewaju and Isaac Samuel scored each goal to end the game 3-0 in the first half.
In the second half, Victory One FC scored two goals through Seun Adepeju and Ahmed Subar. Prince Kazeem Eletu dominated the encounter. Daniel Mbonu scored two goals, while Sulaiman Lawan scored one as own goal was also recorded to make it ten goals thriller in the encounter.
